BOW Sports Capital is a live online program for students in Grades 5 to 8. Students learn financial literacy and economics through sports business, guided simulations, and discussion.
A more concrete way to learn economics
Many economic ideas are easier to understand when students can see the decision in front of them.
A roster has a budget. A player has a market value. Spending more in one area leaves less available somewhere else.
BOW uses situations like these to introduce the economics behind them.
How a BOW lesson works
